There’s something magical that happens when you strike the perfect flavour balance between your cake, filling and frosting.

We aim to design our cakes from the inside out making sure that the flavour experience is on par with what you see. To do this we have fun with our cake sponge, filling and frosting flavour profiles. You can truly be creative and let your imagination run wild! A key factor, however, is making sure to always use quality ingredients too!

This zesty curd is great not only for filling cakes but also used in pavlovas or eaten with a delicious double cream yoghurt and some fresh berries as a treat - it makes a great gift packaged in a beautiful jar too!
